After dropping Wednesday night’s game to the London Blue Devils, the Wallaceburg Red Devils have, for the time being, relinquished their hold on first place in the Far West Division. Wednesday at Wallaceburg Memorial Arena, the Red Devils could not get their usually powerful offense going, losing 7-4 to London.

Wati Feliciano scored his first of three goals in the game to open the scoring in the first, a period that ended with Wallaceburg down 2-0.

In the second, Reid Miller got the Red Devils on the board, but London continued to pad their lead leaving the frame up 4-1.

Nate Carroll scored twice and Reid Miller added his second of the game in the third period, but it was too little too late for Wallaceburg as they fell to London, allowing the Blue Devils to vault over them in the standings.

Wallaceburg is still without star scorer Jordan Durston who is recovering from an injury.

Wallaceburg will try to get back on track Friday as they travel to Windsor to face the Clippers.
