Dresden Kings Hosting Alumni Night

The Dresden Kings will honour a pair of players, and welcome back the organizations alumni at their annual Alumni Night this Friday, January 8 at Lambton-Kent Memorial Arena.

The Kings, who host the Alvinston Flyers that night, will raise a banner prior to puck drop honouring the Chinnick brothers.

Gary and Rick Chinnick are both Dresden alumni, who were two of the organization’s best. Rick Chinnick went on to a five year professional career including 4 games in the National Hockey League with the Minnesota North Stars in the 1970s.

Prior to puck drop, the Kings will also host an all-you-can-eat fish dinner.

The Dresden Kings have been sitting in the 6-7 slot in the Great Lakes standings for much of the season.
