The Devils continued to have penalty problems in the first two periods, and were trailing to start the third. Behind the solid goaltending of Cecil Jacobs the Devils were able to tie the game at 6-6.
The Clippers scored what would turn out to be the winning goal late in the third. Wallaceburg pulled their goaltender for the extra attacker, but were unable to get the equalizer.
The Devils enjoyed a good crowd again in Dresden. They now play their next home game in Bothwell,
Saturday 7pm, against the Point Edward Pacers.
