Thank You Mom: “My Mom Has Been My Number One Fan Since Day One”

As part of our Mother’s Day celebration, we asked several Chatham-Kent Athletes to send a message to their mom.

Here is what Leamington Flyers hockey player Thomas Michaud had to say about his mom, Michelle Michaud.

“My mom is the most caring and selfless person that I’ve ever met. She goes out of her way to make people’s day better. I am so grateful for her and I know that I’ll never be able to thank her enough for all that she does for my sister and me. Happy Mother’s Day Mom!”

“My mom has been my number one fan since day one. She sacrificed so much time driving me to practices and games and cheered me on every step of the way. I’m very thankful to have a role model like her and I hope that I can be half the person that she is.”
