Deni Goure is officially a member of the Owen Sound Attack.

The Grande Pointe product signed a standard player agreement with the Ontario Hockey League franchise, which drafted him 10th overall in this year’s OHL Priority Selection Draft.

“He’s a quick player, very sound positionally, we had the pleasure of watching him play 36 times this past season and he was someone we were really happy to have fall to us in the 10th spot of the draft,” said Attack General Manager Dale DeGray in an Owen Sound news release.

“He has an unbelievable shot and we’re looking forward to him making an impact for us this fall,” added DeGray.

Goure was the Alliance Player of the Year while captaining the Chatham-Kent Cyclones.

He signed while attending the Owen Sound Attack’s annual award ceremony, where he was the recipient of the Ray McKelvie Award as the team’s first draft pick in 2019.
