The Blenheim Blades put up some good numbers on the Wallaceburg Thunderhawks Sunday night at home.
Bleheim defeated the Thunderhawks by a 7-1 score, despite a strong effort of Wallaceburg goaltender Catalin Morin. Morin a recent addition of the
Thunderhawks faced 52 shots on the night.
Blades goalie Jake Vancoillie had a solid game allowing one goal while facing 27 shots. Blades veteran forward Seth Henderson had a 5 point night,
scoring two goals and helping on three others. Recent acquisition Evan
Wells had a goal and assist. Connor Wright and Ian Campbell and Tate
Bowden also had a 2 pt night (1goal, 1 assist) for Blenheim. Trent Amaro also added a goal. Wallaceburgs only goal of the night came on the power play when Connor Debot got one by Vancoillie.
