Maroons win on the road

The Chatham Maroons now lead their best-of-seven GOJHL Western Conference playoff series two games to one, winning 4-1 over the St. Marys Lincolns on Tuesday night in St. Marys.

Scoring goals for the Maroons were Connor Hunt, Dylan Richter, Liam Campbell and Carter Chadwick.

The Maroons outshot the Lincolns 33-28, with Maroons goalie Gannon Hunter continuing his strong play in the playoffs making 27 saves.

The referees were busy, with Chatham earning 52 minutes in penalties and St. Marys 47.

Game Four of the playoff series will take place in Chatham on Thursday, April 24. Puck drop will take place at 7:30 p.m.
