Port Lambton's Pollock Playing well in Minny
Now a cornerstone of the Minnesota Wild organization, veteran Sean Pollock of Port Lambton, who attended high school and played minor lacrosse and hockey in Wallaceburg, is having another strong season in the National Lacrosse League.
Although his best production years seem to be dwindling, Pollock is still scoring at more than a point per game rate, including 3 goals and 10 assists in 9 games so far this season. Last season in 15 games, Pollock collected 47 points.
In the three years previous, Pollock scored a minimum of 60 points, averaging nearly 5-points per game. In last week’s game, an 11-10 thrilling OT win by Minnesota over Colorado, Pollock collected an assist.
Pollock and the Minnesota Swarm currently have 7-games left in the 16-game season before starting playoffs.
