Editor/Sports Reporter/Broadcaster – Jay Smith – news@cksn.ca
Jay Smith is the afternoon drive host of “Weekdaze” on 99.1 CKXS, based out of Wallaceburg. Smith, a local journalist and radio personality, is a Thamesville born and bred sports enthusiast and father of twin girls, Grace and Aubrey. Jay is a grad of Conestoga College’s Journalism: Print and Broadcasting program. An avid Red Wings and Blue Jays fan, Smith is also a retired professional wrestler. Jay supplies play-by-play for local Jr. C hockey games on 99.1 CKXS and can be heard live on the air daily from 2 to 7 pm. Follow Smith on Twitter @jay991ckxs

An experienced sports photographer, Kelsey was born and raised in Blenheim, Ontario. Aside from covering hockey games across the region, Kelsey also does photography for couples, weddings, and individuals.
Photographer/Reporter – Wyatt Williams
A Chatham born sports enthusiast who has coached many years in the Chatham Outlaws, Wyatt also was involved with the Chatham Ball Hockey League as the president, a coach, and an official. Wyatt still officiates in the OWHA and OMHA. He developed an interest in photography while in public school and has worked on his craft to this day. He especially enjoys sports photography, with a love of ice hockey. Wyatt is married to his wife Carol, and they have a son Wendel, and daughter Emily. He is also a devoted dog-dad to Vixen and Lexi.
Reporter/ Hockey Scout/ Analyst – Matt Pepper A lifetime CK resident, Matt has a unique background in both both media and sports. A graduate of St. Clair Colleges Journalism: Print and New Media Program in 2009. From there he earned a degree in Sports Management Worldwides Hockey Scouting and General Manager Program. During this program, he began to film players for Rinknet, a subscription based program for Hockey personal to video scout players. After this venture, he entered into an internship for International Scouting Services. It was in this program he learned the ins and outs of Scouting Hockey Players, primarily focusing on AAA Bantam and Midget Players. This season he has joined the scouting staff for TheScout.ca. Matt brings unique Hockey content and perspective to CKSN. He lives in Chatham with his Fiancee Michelle and Step-Daughter Zoey. Following him Twitter @mattpjournalist or Instagram @mattscoutshockey
