Season Ends for Chatham's Hokey Langan

Chatham, ON – After an exceptional freshman season, year two of Hokey Langan’s NCAA hockey career has come to a quiet close.

Langan’s Ohio State Buckeyes were eliminated in the First Round of the WCHA playoffs last week by the Minnesota Golden Gophers. Langan finished the season with 13 goals and 18 assists in 27 games.

As many athletes do, Langan experienced a slight sophmore slump watching her production drop off this season from last.

Minnesota who eliminated Ohio State was selected to play in the Division 1 NCAA National Tournament, and carries the top seed heading into the event.
