The Basketball Wallaceburg Airhawks took it back to the Toronto Area. This time North to the Newmarket IEM AA Tournament. They ran through their pool until they crossed over and hit the Scarborough Blues – the 19th ranked team in Ontario.  It was a tough game for 3 quarters but Scarborough pulled away in the second half sending the Basketball Wallaceburg Airhawks to the bronze medal game.

The Basketball Wallaceburg Airhawks easily won the Bronze Medal game against the Kingston Impact 51-40.

 The Wallaceburg AirhawksMajor Midgets are 23 wins and 9 loses for the year and are ranked 24th in Ontario. The next tournament for the Basketball Wallaceburg Airhawks is the Big Blessed Sacrament Tournament in Hamilton – Every ranked team in Ontario plays in this tournament which is a tune-up for the Ontario Basketball Association Provincial Championships in Ottawa.
