Pollock Finishes NLL Season Strong in Minnesota
Former Wallaceburg Minor Lacrosse star Sean Pollock finished his National Lacrosse League season on a strong note this past weekend.
In his second last game, an 11-9 win for his Minnesota Swarm over the Philadelphia Wings, Pollock notched a goal and an assist. In the season finale against the Rochester Knighthawks, Pollock had another strong game.
Pollock continued his strong play in the Minnesota Swarm’s last game of the season scoring twice in a 12-8 win over the Colorado Mammoth. Pollock opened the scoring, and then scored the games final goal in the Minnesota win.
The Minnesota Swarm will now prepare for the NLL playoffs. Their first game will be against the Washington Stealth.
In 16 regular season games this year, Pollock finished with 9 goals and 18 assists for 27 points along with 33 penalty minutes. This was the 8th professional season in the NLL for the former Wallaceburg Lakers and Wallaceburg Red Devils player. All but five of those games for Pollock have been played in a Minnesota Swarm jersey.
