Comeback Falls Short for Kent Havoc Women

Kent Havoc LogoThe Havoc Senior Women travelled to Cambridge Saturday to play a mixed ‘A’ and ‘B’ Waterloo side losing 48-24 despite a late game comeback push. 

Using their ‘A’ players in the 1st half allowed Waterloo to jump out to a 38-0 halftime lead. Those players were pulled for the 2nd half to prepare for an ‘A’ game against Sarnia, and the Kent Havoc Women played a very solid second half, scoring 24 points.
 
Unfortunately Waterloo was able to hang on and defeated the Kent Havoc 48-24. Kent Havoc tries were scored by Sophia Roth, Jaleesa Russell, Emily Elfata, and Liz Hunninck. Liz Hunninck was 2 of 4 for conversions.
 
The Kent Havoc Women will be hosting London on Tuesday the 26th at the old CCI field in Chatham, game time is 6:30pm.

In other Kent Havoc Rugby news, the Kent Havoc Senior Men defeated Kitchener on the weekend at home by a score of 24-10.
