Howell Leads Senior Havoc to Win, U-18 Women Tie

In Waterford this weekend, the Kent Havoc Senior Women defeated Norfolk Women 25-14. Caroline Howell led her team to the win scoring two tries in the game, while Amy Micallef, and Jo Verhallen each had a try. Liz Hunninck converted 1 try and kicked a penalty.

Earlier in the week, the Kent Havoc U-18 Women hosted the Brantford Harlequins at the CCI field. It was a close fought contest which resulted in a 20-20 tie. The Kent Havoc U-18 Women had a similar result against Brantford last year, a 10-10 tie.

Brittney Ellerbeck scored 3 tries, and Deanna Chantler scored one for the Havoc. The team also managed 2 bonus points in the standings, one for scoring 4 tries, and one for being within 7 points of the opponent.
