Chatham-Kent Sports Year in Review: August 2011
July saw a number of amazing accomplishments from the Kraft Celebration Vote, and several local athletes representing Ontario and Canada at international events. August didn’t dissapoint either with several unforgettable highlights from the world of sports in Chatham-Kent.

- August 21 – Wallaceburg held their first ever lacrosse expo in conjunction with the Kraft Celebration Tour. The event welcomed members of the Toronto Rock, NLL player Sean Pollock of Wallaceburg, London Knights star Seth Griffith, and dozens of Wallaceburg Minor Lacrosse and Wallaceburg Red Devils players.
