- May 6 – Blenheim’s Brady Campbell captured a Sutherland Cup all-Ontario win as a member of the Elmira Sugar Kings. In 9 Sutherland Cup games, Campbell, who previously played for the Blenheim Blades, scored 14 points in the championship series. Read more about Brady Campbell’s Sutherland Cup win…
- May 6 – After a referee’s error, Wallaceburg’s Jesse Gross was charged with a loss against fighter Brad Cardinal in a WRECK MMA series fight. - May 23 – An incredible season led to some hardware for Wallaceburg’s Seth Griffith in May as he was named the London Knights Most Improved Player. - May 28 – When it comes to controversy, this story got local hockey fans talking as news leaked that Tilbury Minor Hockey would merge with Chatham Minor Hockey.
