Junior Lancers Win General Amherst Volleyball Invitational

The Junior Girls UCC Lancers Volleyball team won the General Amherst High School Invitational on Friday evening posting a winning record of 9-1. The team was led by the serving of Michelle Truong and Abby “Boom Boom” Jeffery.

The offence was led again down the middle by Julia Meidlinger and grade 9 rookie Megan Caniff. Outstanding backrow passing was provided by another grade 9 rookie Keely Baggio. The Lancers do not play again until the new year on Friday January 13th in Essex.
