Clements Will Have to Wait for First Taste of UFC After UFC 145 Postponed

For Dresden’s Chris Clements, March 24 couldn’t come quick enough as the local fighter was set to make his UFC debut at UFC 145 in Montreal.

Today however, the Associated Press announced that UFC 145 has been postponed, citing complications in scheduling, among other issues. According to the UFC, the event will be rescheduled for later in the year, while most fights will be shifted to an April UFC date scheduled for Atlanta.

No word was released whether or not Chris Clements fight against Keith Wisniewski will be one of the bouts moved to Atlanta in April.

Despite the setback, Clements will undoubtedly make his UFC debut in 2012.
