Ballhawks Strike Silver

The Chatham Ballhawks 15U Girls Volleyball Team received a silver medal at the 15U McGregor Cup Championship held in London on February 25th, 2012.

The Ballhawks finished first in pool play and received a bye to the semi-finals. In semi-final play the Ballhawks defeated the Hamilton Smash 25-16, 22-25, 15-13 to advance to the Gold Medal Match. Here the girls faced the Halton Hurricanes, but fell short with scores of 19-25, 19-25 to take the silver.
