Wildcats Claw Their Way to Gold in Niagara-On-The-Lake
The girls went undefeated in a 3 game single A tournament. This was a great tournament to confirm that the Major Atom Chatham-Kent Wildcats Girls are on the right track before the March Break and as they head into OBA tournament in Mississauga.
Overall the basketball team played excellent team basketball with even scoring, excellent defense, and had a strong rebounding advantage throughout the weekend.

Leading Scores on the weekend were Brooke Curran, Maggie Denys, Jessica Jordan, and Reagan Kellier. Top rebounders were Reagan Kellier, Emily Kirkpatrick, Brooke Curran, Maggie Denys, and Abby Roesch. Avia Stone, Jade Barko, and Reagan Kellier lead the team in steals, while Abby Roesch, Erykah Bugros, and Tammy Gao topped the assists column. Defensively, Hannah Boyer, Emily Kirkpatrick, Abby Roesch, Tammy Gao, and Avia Stone were standouts at the tournament.
