Golf Tournament to Benefit Habitat for Humanity

Chatham, ON – Habitat for Humanity Chatham-Kent is pleased to announce that the Chatham-Kent Association of Realtors has partnered with Habitat to raise funds to assist the building of Chatham-Kent’s first Habitat house in the Spring of 2013.

The Chatham-Kent Association of Realtors is hosting their Annual charity golf tournament on Friday, June 15th at Country View Golf Course.

Todd Warriner, former NHL and Team Canada hockey star, will be participating in the event by challenging players to hit their ball closest to the pin for a chance to double your luck for some great raffle prizes. Todd has opened a new business in Chatham-Kent called the Hockey Station. The year round sports complex, located at 20 Currie Ave in Chatham, offers programs such as summer camps, open skates, team training packages and private lessons.

The tournament begins with a continental breakfast and registration at 8:30 and Shotgun start at 9:30. The cost is $80 per golfer which includes the cart, lunch, dinner and prizes.
