Major Peewee Chatham Diamonds Shut Out Dresden

The Major Peewee Chatham Diamonds shut out Dresden Friday night by a whopping score of 16-0. After starting slow, the Diamonds scored 14 runs in the final four innings.

Cory Russelo and Jordan DeHaw led the way for Chatham each notching three singles in the game. Russelo had three RBIs while DeHaw brought home two.

Casey Reaume had a single and a triple, Noah Wiseman had two singles, and Justin Doran had a single and a double, while Mitchell DeJong, Noah Caryn, Zach Lindley, and Nolan Topping each had a hit.

DeJong also struck out five in three innings of action at the pitchers mound before Austin McCready and Noah Wiseman closed out the game with six, and three strikeouts of their own respectively.
