Trenton Wins Kraft Celebration Tour Spot
With much help from local voters who came out in full force to support Wallaceburg’s Kraft Celebration Tour voting opponent from one year ago, the Trenton bid was successful this year in their second attempt, winning the final spot on the Tour.
Trenton defeated Lindsay and will welcome TSN SportsCentre and the Kraft Celebration Tour to town August 26.
Local pushes were made for voting support across Chatham-Kent via radio, web, print, and social media outlets.
Trenton will use the $25,000 in money to help complete their track facility, for what has been called the THS Track Quest project.

Such a great story! The work that Duncan Armstrong put into this effort, along with his helpers, pays off for the Trenton Tigers and their bid for a new track. I know that the people of Wallaceburg certainly felt a connection to Trenton since last year, so congrats to all the Tigers for their big win!
