Horvat Playing in CHL Top Prospects Game
Horvat, who’s family grew up in Bothwell, a community of Chatham-Kent, is having a strong season for the OHL’s London Knights.
At the preliminary ranking, Horvat was ranked 5th among OHL skaters by the NHL’s Central Scouting department.
After scoring 11 goals and 19 assists in 64 games as a rookie, Horvat has had a breakout season scoring 21 goals and adding 20 assists through the first 45 games.
Horvat has played an integral role in helping the London Knights to first place in the OHL and keeping them in the top 10 among CHL teams in the National rankings this season.
Last season, Thamesville’s Dane Fox participated in the CHL Top Prospects game in British Columbia as an injury replacement, but went undrafted.
