Verboom, Campbell Win GOJHL Monthly Award

Verboom was honoured Sunday night prior to the Maroons’ 4-1 win over the Strathroy Rockets.
In ten December games, Verboom compiled five goals and ten assists. Scoring at better than a point per game pace, Verboom has helped the Maroons climb to first overall in the Western Conference.
Blenheim’s Brady Campbell, who plays for the Elmira Sugar Kings was the GOJHL Midwestern Conference’s Offensive Player of the Month. Campbell is the GOJHL’s leading goal scorer, including 10 goals in the month of December. In his eight December games, Campbell also added eight assists.
