Red Devils Pull Back to .500
The Wallaceburg Red Devils pulled back to 2-2 on the season after defeating the Point Edward Pacers on home turf Monday. The Red Devils were without Jordan Durston and Lucas Beaver, the team’s two leading scorers following their opening games.
Nick Snow had three goals in the win, while Brendan Johnston, Joel Shepley, Mitch VanDamme, Mike Myers, and Doug Bennett all had two goals as the Red Devils defeated Point Edward 16-12.
Chris Taylor and affiliate Kyle Dawson each scored singles for Wallaceburg, while the Red Devils were also boosted by the return of Nate Carroll to their lineup, who had a goal and three assists in the victory.
