Havoc Men Move Toward First
The Kent Havoc Men’s Rugby team picked up a huge win over the weekend, defeating a Burlington Centaurs team that was sitting in first place in the Niagara Rugby Union. With the win, a dominating 39-15 decision, the Kent Havoc move closer to first in the NRU.
Tim Woodliffe was the man of the match for the Havoc, scoring two tries, helping his club improve their season record to 3-1.
Also scoring for the Havoc were Matt Waddick, Brad Bettencourt, and Pat O,Donnel.
The Havoc will face the Burlington Centaurs again next weekend, as the Havoc Men travel to Burlington Saturday, July 13.
The Kent Havoc Senior Women were shut out 25-0 by Norfolk County on Saturday dropping the ladies to 2-3 this season. They’ll travel to face the Hamilton Hornets July 13.
