Free Lacrosse Clinics Coming To Chatham
For those looking to try a new sport, Wallaceburg Minor Lacrosse and the Wallaceburg Red Devils are inviting Chatham-Kent youth to free lacrosse clinics this November and December.
Hosted at the St. Clair Health Plex in Chatham, the Wallaceburg Lacrosse organizations will hold free clinics Saturday November 30, and Saturday December 28 from 12-2pm.
The clinics are for boys and girls aged 7-13 who are curious about the sport, and are interested in an introduction to lacrosse.
The no contact, no cost clinic will feature a variety of Wallaceburg Red Devils Junior B lacrosse players, and coaches from Wallaceburg, instructing young athletes through a variety of drills and games focused on stick skills.
Youth interested in attending need to bring a helmet and adequate shoes, but will be provided with a lacrosse stick.
Due to gym size restrictions, each free sessions will be limited to the first 60 youth on hand each day. For more information visit www.wallaceburglacrosse.com.
