Suisham Looking To Tee Up A New Idea
Suisham showcased his new tee recently at the NFL Boot Camp or Consumer Products, which was held to offer former and current NFL players opportunities to explore the business world as a part of the NFL’s Player Engagement plan.
“It’s another opportunity to educate myself,” said Suisham in a Pittsburgh Steelers press release. “I am seeking a little more guidance. Hopefully I will have the tee out within the year. It’s a kickoff tee that is better than the existing tee that is out there. Youth football to the NFL could benefit from the use of my tee.”
Suisham, who has played nine NFL seasons with three organizations, hopes that by attending the Boot Camp, he’s taken another step in the right direction to enter the business world.
“Last year I went to a business school and I think we can all continue to learn,” Suisham stated in the release. “It’s another step in that direction.”
The Boot Camp was held in Baltimore, intending to give players a look at the business world and to prepare then for the challenges they might face. The program was developed in conjunction with the NFL consumer products division, the Robert H. Smith School of Business, and NFL Player Engagement.
