Devil-ishly Good Night For Wallaceburg
The Wallaceburg Red Devils had a Devil-ishly good performance on the road Wednesday night as they took down division rivals the London Blue Devils 21-6.
“Every player had at least one point last night and Noble (Jacobs) had the complete game in net. It was the first of 4 division games for us and a big 2 points,” said Wallaceburg head coach Jamie Knight.
As he has all season, Jordan Durston has an offensive catalyst, scoring four goals and adding five assists for an impressive nine point night.
Fellow veteran Mike Myers also had a notable performance scoring four, and adding four assists for eight points, while Mitch Lilley had two goals and three assists in the win.
Wallaceburg is back in action Saturday as they travel to face the Windsor Clippers in an attempt to exact revenge following their 12-11 loss to Windsor May 16.
