After falling behind 2-0 on a pair of second period Alvinston Flyers goals, Blenheim powered back riding veteran Zach Horvath, as well as rookie Blair Derynck, and newcomer Teddy McGeen.

In the third period, it was rookie Blair Derynck who broke out offensively scoring two goals to open the period.
Derynck would then set up a pair of goals; one from Horvath to complete his hat trick, and another from newcomer Teddy McGeen, to collect a total of four third period points. McGeen finished the night with a goal and three assists after signing with the team days earlier, following his release from the Chatham Maroons.
Captain Jarrod Oliphant scored with less than a minute left, followed by Austin Bentley in the final seconds of the game to round out the 8-2 win.
Blenheim will look to extend their winning streak and build off their offensive momentum Wednesday when they travel to play the Wallaceburg Lakers.
