The Chatham-Kent Cougars Fall Minor Football schedule kicked off over the weekend, with a number of games at the John McGregor and CKSS fields.

At John McGregor, Exercise MD Wallaceburg Tyke defeated the Campbell Toyota McGregor Tyke 21-14. Evans Wholesale McGregor Peewee beat Exercise MD Wallaceburg Peewee 31-6, and in a high scoring game, the Enviro-Clean Car & Dog Wash McGregor Bantam beat the Exercise MD Wallaceburg Bantam 39-28. Quarterback Julian Ferrell was part of 4 touchdowns in the game.

At the Chatham-Kent Community Athletic Complex behind CKSS, Blue Water Pools Pines Tyke beat the Enviro-Clean Car & Dog Wash CKSS Tyke 14-7, TVCogeco Pines Peewee won against the Community Cleaners CKSS Peewee 6-0, and the TVCogeco Pines Bantam defeated Campbell Toyota CKSS Bantam 22-8.
