Martin Wins OCAA Golf Title With Saints

Chatham’s Laura Martin captured an OCAA golf title with the St. Clair College women’s golf team at Wildfire Golf Club in Douro-Dummer, Ontario.

Martin finished 6th individually shooting rounds of 87, 89, and 85 over the three day event, which concluded Wednesday.

An Ursuline College graduate, and competitor this summer on the Jamieson Junior Golf Tour, Martin helped her St. Clair Saints team to an OCAA team title, finishing 42 strokes ahead of second place Georgian College.

Martin’s St. Clair teammates included Ashley Unrau (St. Thomas, Ontario), and Victoria Ducharme (Windsor, Ontario).
