Minto Cup Coming To Wallaceburg

Shepley and Durston spent the season as part of the OLA’s Six Nations Arrows, advancing to the Minto Cup after sweeping the Whitby Warriors to win the OLA title.
In the Minto, which took place in Langley, British Columbia, the Arrows fell behind 2-0 in their series against the Coquitlam Adanacs, before fighting back back to win four straight games to capture the 2014 Minto Cup, including a 14-8 victory in the sixth and deciding game..
Joel Shepley finished the Minto Cup with 3 goals and 3 assists for 6-points in 4 games played. Durston was held out of the Minto Cup series after suffering a knee injury, but was an offensive leader for the Arrows throughout the 2014 season.
