TJ Brodie Off To Hot Start
Through his first five games this season, Brodie sits tied for 4th in NHL defenseman scoring, with 5-points.
Brodie scored his first goal of the season October 9 against the Edmonton Oilers, and had a multi-point game, scoring his second goal, and adding an assist October 14 against the Nashville Predators.
Currently riding a four game point streak, Brodie is seeing significant ice time, logging more than 27-minutes per game in his last two outings, and averaging 24:38 per game.
Playing as the Calgary Flames’ number one defenseman, Brodie has helped his team off to a better than expected start, as the Calgary Flames have started with a 3-2 record, sitting 4th in the Pacific Division.
Calgary and TJ Brodie will play a pair of road games this weekend, travelling to face the Columbus Blue Jackets Friday, and the Winnipeg Jets Sunday.
