Five Questions With Klinton Kenney

Klinton Kenney is a 20-year-old goaltender from Windsor, Ontario, who currently plays for the Blenheim Blades of the Great Lakes Junior C Hockey League.

Kenney, who attends St. Clair College, spent last season playing for the Amherstburg Admirals, before being acquired by the Blades in the 2014 offseason.

An alumni of the Windsor Jr. Spitfires ‘AAA’ organization, Kenney has been a key to Blenheim’s success this season.

Below are Klinton Kenney‘s answers to CKSN’s Five Questions.

1. What is your career sports highlight/top memory?

Winning the Cincinnati Memorial Tournament in final year of travel hockey.

2. Who is your favourite professional sports team and athlete?

The Detroit Red Wings and Carey Price.

3. If you could achieve one thing/goal in sports, what would it be?

Win the Great Lakes Junior C championship.

4. Who has been your biggest sports influence and why?

My grandfather for being the strongest man I know.

5. What do you love most about playing sports?

When you’re on the ice nothing else matters and all the friends you make in sports.
