Five Questions With Scott Tricker
Tricker, who is a graduate of Lambton-Kent Composite School, and a St. Clair College student, played for the Belle River Canadiens last season, and previously with the Chatham Maroons, before signing with the Dresden Kings this offseason.
Below are Scott Tricker’s answers to CKSN’s Five Questions.
1. What is your career sports highlight/top memory?
My career sport highlight might be my first game for the Chatham Maroons against St. Thomas when Chatham hadn’t beat St. Thomas in a couple of years so they were a challenge.
2. Who is your favourite professional sports team and athlete?
I don’t really have a favourite professional sports team, but I always looked up to Patrick Roy and Martin Brodeur growing up.
3. If you could achieve one thing/goal in sports, what would it be?
I would like to maintain a 0.9 save percentage this year and put up a good fight in playoffs.
4. Who has been your biggest sports influence and why?
I think my dad had the biggest sports influence on me because he has always supported me through any decisions and encouraged me to never give up on any situation no matter how bad it may seem.
5. What do you love most about playing sports?
I love being active in sports and having the weight of the team counting on me to make that one save that can be the difference between a win and a loss.
