Riversite Realty Todd & Rick Shepley Laker of the Game: Joel Sowinski

The Wallaceburg Lakers Player of the Game, sponsored by Riversite Realty Todd and Rick Shepley, for Wallaceburg’s December 17 game against the Mooretown Flags is Joel Sowinski.

The Wallaceburg Lakers fell 4-2 to the Mooretown Flags, but Sowinski gave them a chance to win, making big saves at several points in the game.

Making 40 saves in the loss, Sowinski has been the backbone of the Wallaceburg Lakers all season, and Wednesday night was no different.

The veteran netminder has a 0.884 save percentage and 3.91 goals against average, the best totals of his Junior career.
