The Chatham Junior Maroons’ game this Sunday, January 18 against the Sarnia Legionnaires is “Chatham Thunder Ringette Night.”

All Chatham Ringette Association players who wear their team jerseys will be admitted to the game free of charge.

During the 1st intermission, Maroons fans will get to see a ringette exhibition by members of the Chatham Ringette Association.

“Ringette has been part of our Community for over 35 years and is still going strong today,” said Doug Deneau, President of the Chatham Ringette Association.

Ringette Night has become an annual tradition with the Chatham Maroons.

The Maroons are currently battling for playoff positioning in the GOJHL’s Western Conference sitting deadlocked with the Sarnia Legionnaires, who they play Sunday, as well as the LaSalle Vipers. Leamington sits first overall, with this trio neck and neck behind them.
