The Chatham Maroons won their 10th straight Sunday night, continuing their dominance in the GOJHL’s Western Conference, by beating the visiting Strathroy Rockets 5-2.

Trevor Richardson opened the scoring in the first period. Levi Tetrault picked up one of his two assists in the game on Richardson’s marker.

Michael Levesque scored midway through the frame to pad Chatham’s lead with Alex Morgan and Ian Faubert contributing helpers on the goal.

The second period would see the teams trade goals with Brennan Feasey and Alex Morgan scoring. Faubert would pick up his second assist of the game on Morgan’s goal.

Chatham finished their scoring in the third as Jared Dennis scored to cap off the 5-2 win.

Jake Patterson returned to the net after backing up Bo Bessette for much of the last month. Patterson made 48 saves in the win.
