Maroons Urge Fans To Keep Voting
After Chatham successfully became a Top 10 finalist, the community voted Chatham Memorial Arena into the top two, guaranteeing the arena $100,000 in funding, but there is still more voting to be done until 11:59pm on Monday, with an NHL preseason game on the line.
“I would also like to recognize the Panorama Recreation Centre in the City of North Saanich B.C. for being a finalist and thank Kraft for sponsoring such a wonderful and generous contest that is providing the financial support to these two deserving communities,” said Maroons owner Bill Szekesy recognizing the other finalist in the voting, North Saanich, British Columbia, and thanking Kraft.
“Cheers, to supporting our youth in an experience they will never forget in hosting a pre-season NHL game in our community! Let’s all win by voting.”
Online voting is open at www.khv2015.ca or by CLICKING HERE to vote for Chatham directly. Voting is unlimited.
