  • Wallaceburg’s Jordan Durston has been on fire for the Six Nation’s Arrow this post season. Durston is eighth in playoff scoring with 29 points in just eight games for the Arrows during the Jr “A” Lacrosse playoffs. The Arrows kick off their Championship playoff series against the Peterborough Lakers tonight.
  • Chatham’s Rich Corrente finished off the regular season with a 4-4 record with the Burlington Bandits of the Inter-County Baseball League. Corrente wrapped up the season with 26 strikeouts and a 7.33 ERA. The Bandits finished in sixth place and will move onto the post season.
  • Ridgetown’s Carson McKinlay notched a win on Monday as he took the Junior Boys division of the Jamieson Golf tour at Pointe West in Windsor. McKinlay was a one stroke winner after firing a one over par 73. Wallaceburg’s Andrew Reaume finished tied for fourth after firing a 75. Brooke McKinnon of Chatham was second in the Junior Girls Division after finishing with a 78.
