Aubry played professionally following his NCAA career in the ECHL, AHL, and in Europe, hanging up his skates following the 2010-2011 season when he played in France.

Following his playing time, Aubry joined his alma mater, Mercyhurst as an assistant coach, and coached last season with the NCAA’s Lake Superior State.
