The Blenheim Blades rebounded in a big way Sunday night after losing Friday night to the Lakeshore Canadians.

Eric Stewardson stopped all 21 shots he faced, and Zack Horvath paced the offense with 2 goals and 3 assists as the Blades trounced the Wheatley Omstead Sharks 9-0 Sunday at home.

Bryan Boersma also had a pair of goals, with singles going to Drew Marlatt, Nick Delyzer, Dylan Hathaway, Braeden Allore, and Corbin Hagerman.

Friday night, Nolan VandenBoorn and Drew Marlatt had the goals, but the Blades couldn’t keep pace with the Lakeshore Canadians, as they fell 5-2.

The Blades travel to play the Dresden Kings this Friday, before hosting Alvinston Sunday.
