Maroons SuperFan To Be Recognized At Home Opener

The Chatham Maroons own “SUPERFAN” CHAD PETERSON led the campaign that saw Chatham Memorial Arena being selected as one of the two finalists for the 2015 Kraft Hockeyville contest.
The Chatham Maroons will recognize Chad’s efforts prior to their Home opener this Sunday, September 20th against Leamington.
They will present Peterson with a personalized Maroons jersey and have him drop the puck during the opening ceremonial face off.
Ultimately the Panorama Recreation Centre in the City of North Saanich , B.C. was selected as Kraft Hockeyville.
As a finalist, Chatham was awarded $100,000.00 to be used in upgrades of Chatham Memorial Arena.
