Allin Moves Up Down Under
The Magic, who play a level up from his previous team the Southern Peninsula Sharks, courted Allin following two strong seasons in the Big V.
Defensive player of the year in his rookie campaign, and Big V MVP nominee in his second campaign, Allin, who is also applying to become an Australia citizen, was also an offensive force last season.
Allin averaged 19-points per game, along with 8.2 rebounds and 3.9 assists with the Sharks.
As an Australian citizen, Allin will have less of a challenge continuing to climb the basketball ladder in Australia as only limited roster positions are available for imports.
A UCC graduate, and former All-Canadian while playing with the Wilfrid Laurier Golden Hawks, Allin also married in October.
