NBA Basketball Clinic In Chatham

The 125th anniversary of basketball will be celebrated this week in Chatham. Also, Chatham-Kent youth will have a chance to experience the NBA in what the YMCA is calling a “once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.”

The Chatham-Kent YMCA will host the Junior NBA Basketball Clinic for kids ages 8-13 at the YMCA in Chatham this Thursday, January 14 from 6:30-7:30pm.

The family-friendly event is free, and will provide youth with the opportunity to learn basketball fundamentals from an NBA clinician, and will also feature appearances by an NBA Mascot and NBA dancers.

The Chatham-Kent YMCA is located at 101 Courthouse Lane in Chatham, Ontario.
