Cardinals, Lancers Win LKSSAA Titles

The Lambton-Kent Cardinals defeated SCITS in the boys ‘A-AA’ final.
The Cardinals scored a pair of goals in the final minute of the game to take a 4-3 win over the SCITS Blue Bombers. Brant Kuipers scored a pair of goals, including the game winner, while Noah Fox and Mike Jennen had the other goals.
In Chatham, the UCC Lancers shutout the CKSS Golden Hawks 5-0. Lauren Nicholson scored a hat trick, while Madison Lalonde scored a pair in the victory. Krisinda Wegrzyn added a pair of assists in the win.
Both teams will now advance to face the Windsor-Essex champions in the SWOSSAA finals.
