Maroons Hit A Wall

Chatham-Maroons-Jersey-New-DarkThe Chatham Maroons couldn’t solve Tyler Wall in game four of the GOJHL Western Conference semi-finals, as the Leamington Flyers goalie shut the door, helping his team to a 3-1 win Wednesday night.

With the series now tied 2-2, the two teams will go straight back to action Thursday for game five, with each team looking to take the series lead.

Wall made 40 saves for Leamington Wednesday in front of over 1800 fans in Chatham, while Scott Emerson scored a pair of goals, and Mark Gagnon had a single for the Flyers.

Gus Ford continued his hot postseason scoring Chatham’s lone goal.
