Lakers Looking For Coaching Staff

The Wallaceburg Lakers are on the hunt for a new head coach, after their Wallaceburg coaching staff stepped down midway through April.

Wallaceburg is entering the 2016-2017 season under new ownership, as the organization was purchased by Byrne Laus Hockey Corporation this spring. The Lakers are looking to fill multiple vacancies on their coaching staff after head coach Derek Ellis, and assistant coaches Ryan Paxton and Steve Gagner resigned due to a disconnect in the proposed direction of the hockey operations of the organization.
